We have had a perfect Ne3w Year's holiday. We have never stayed anywhere with some many "added extras". The Barn is immaculate, so cosy, lots of lighting and mirrors which we love. Beautiful linen and everything you can think of in the kitchen. Welcome gifts were fabulous, reallyu appreciated the warming tray and logs and xmas trees. Thaks for trusting us whilst you were away. We will definately be back and look forward to meeting you.Steve, Jane and Nat - Kent 2012

Lovely cottage, well equipped. All home comforts from the microwave to the washing machine; the cake was lovely, the eggs and marmalade super and the girls both enjoyed their welcome Bonio's. Weather could have been better, but the cosy cottage, made coming back after a long walk very welcoming and warm. Stephen and Louise were great hosts welcoming when we first arrived and were available if needed but inobtrusive for the rest of the weeks stay. Would highly recommend this cottage to our friends. Wod! We have fallen in love with this part of the world! You must visit Lathkill Dale trail, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail (if you are feeling fit, follow the footpath signs that take you off the main trail, you'll be well rewarded).
